DESCRIPTION:This year\, for the first time\, the Society will be combining the AGM with a Meal and Judging clinic.\n\nIt will be held at the Goat Inn\, Corwen LL21 0NR. The same venue used in 2022 for a very successful Judging Clinic.\n\nThe shortened AGM will only include essential business required to meet our obligations as a charity.\n\nAgenda\n\nEncl.1 minutes 2022\n\nEncl.2 CC annual report 22-23\n\nEncl3. CC financial statement 22-23\n\n\nThis will then be followed by a pre ordered bar meal – closes 10th November (menu below).\n\nGoat menu preorder \n\nThe night will conclude with a Q&A style judging clinic reviewing 3 runs shown on the new large screen TV.\n\nHope to see you there.\n\nDiolch yn fawr / Thank you
